Arit Eminue MBE
Creator of the High Potential Talent Summit
Awarded an MBE in 2023 for her contributions to Further Education in the Creative Industries, Arit founded and exited DiVA Apprenticeships, a recruitment and training organisation that supported individuals into employment with top brands like BBC, WarnerBros, BMG, Estee Lauder, Sony Music and Universal Music. She led the BRITs and UK Music Apprenticeship Schemes and raised £2.6m in funding to provide 350+ young people with paid internships.
Arit is a founding member of the Equity Justice Advisory Group (EJAG), contributing to steering the BPI’s Equality, Diversity and Intersectional work for its members, award shows, events, and The BRIT Trust.
A sought-after facilitator, speaker, and contributor, she regularly appears in top-tier media outlets such as ITV News and Times Radio and media publications such as Red Magazine and Stylist magazine. Her courses on LinkedIn Learning and content on YouTube and Instagram channels help viewers worldwide build careers they enjoy in businesses that value their people.

Ade has over 20 years’ experience in television, starting in production on shows like Big Brother and This Morning, before moving into D&I. At Channel 4, she led the Creative Diversity team and delivered the 360° Diversity Charter.
Since joining ITV in 2017, Ade has held several leadership roles, including Director of Creative Diversity. She has overseen initiatives such as the £80m Diversity Commissioning Fund, Step Up 60, and internal leadership schemes like Amplify.
Ade is also a Trustee of Chineke! and BAFTA, where she Chairs the Learning, Inclusion & Talent Committee. She is also a founding board member of Times Up UK.

Abigail serves as a Director for North East England Chamber of Commerce and she is a member of the National Council of Arts Council England. She was Chief Executive Officer at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music from May 2015 to October 2025.
She joined The Glasshouse from Spitalfields Music, a charity based in east London with an international reputation for its quality, reach and innovation. She previously worked at English National Opera, Music Theatre Wales and SPNM. In 2007/8 she was a Fellow on the Clore Leadership Programme.
She combines a commitment to developing artists and supporting them to create great work with a passion for ensuring that the arts can be accessed by as many people as possible.
James Ainscough OBE

James was formerly with the Royal Albert Hall from 2008 to 2017, initially as Director of Finance and Administration and then Chief Operating Officer.
He received his OBE in 2024 for services to Music and Musicians.
